I’m an agile coach and quality expert for Tacit Knowledge, an Elite IT consulting firm in the city of San Francisco. I have a variety of agile and quality experiences at a wide range of organizations. These include do-it-all roles at fledgling startups, quality contributions to a cross-functional tiger team at Covad, stints at Apple with project planning and retrospectives, and code reviews on the $500M California state welfare system project.
